This is the most ghetto, poorly ran popeyes ever!!! I hate this is the closest one to me. I paid over $40 for my order, only for it to be wrong and short items. I've called everyday and no one ever answers..... smh.

Every single person up in this restaurant needs to be fired. So rude. Nasty attitudes. Act like they cant see you. Talk to you like you are a piece of garbage. Pathetic. Do not...do not...DO NOT spend your money here because you are just paying the salary of employees who care NOTHING about you.

If possible I would give this location a zero. I was charged a sweetened beverage tax, which has not been into effect in almost 2 years. I also was charged more than what the menu stated for some items. When I got home to my surprise the chicken was burnt and I was missing pieces of my order that I was charged for. The staff was very unprofessional and I had to wait 11 minutes from my order time to receive my food. I will never patron this establishment again and would like to know where the beverage tax money is going.

Ugh...... I've been forever warned not to go here, but I went anyway. The drive thru employee didn't say hello or goodbye, and didn't want to give me my receipt . Then I get home to find my mashed potatoes half empty. WTH??? The whole reason I went there was for the potatoes . Look at the picture

Now, normally I'm hush about my food but the fact that this Popeyes gave me the wrong food the first time. And I went back! To get my order after sitting a being ready to eat. The person who seems to be the manager by the name "Dameon" because that's what was on my receipt! Rang me up what I asked for but gave me the wrong food! However, when I went back he was very polite. Took the food along with my receipt and tossed it in the trash, proceeding to the back to fix what I thought was my sandwich! Little did I know I'd be receiving this. (what you see on the first photo! Two EXTREMELY salty thighs that look and or taste NOTHING like the breast that was advertised. My meal was 10.02! I also got one other thing, therefore, this is why my amount was so high. But that's neither here nor there! My concern is why they are selling this if they don't have the real thing. And the front cashier was looking so hard at me. And I was wondering why she was memorizing my nose hairs! But I see why now. She knew what I was about to be getting! And I'm out done. This restaurant is located in Richton park! Address on the next photo. If your near THEY ASSES DO NOT HAVE THE SANDWICH! Despite what they tell you! They putting to much sauce and salt on their chicken thigh that they pulling the bone from. I thought if share this here and on yelp! I review restaurants whenEVER!! I'm not satisfied. NOT SORRY... PLEASE SHARE!!!
